She then went to Beauty School. Shortly, Tess owned her own high-end salon which lacked clients. Things got so dire that she could not pay a $42 water bill. Tess developed a formula to success. Her salon blossomed and 30 years later is still one of the top performing salons in the country. Tess now shares the formula with salon owners from all over the world. (TessTimsInstitute.com)
