Linda Jordon is a semi-retired executive who is skilled in finance, sales operations, business process improvement, international outsourcing, contact center management, organizational development, change management, leadership and diversity, equity & inclusion. Linda has over 30 years of experience from corporate and over 15 years in the public service industry.
Linda received her B. S. degree in Business Administration from NC Wesleyan College, Master of Science degree in Organizational Change & Leadership from Pfeiffer University and is currently pursuing her PhD at Ashford University in Organizational Development & Leadership.
Linda is the CEO of LRJ Coaching & Business Solutions, LLC where she helps individuals and organization strengthen and sustain productivity to increase employee engagement & team dynamics. Linda helps leaders improve leadership skills and communication skills. Linda is Certified in Business Process Improvement, Certified Life Coach and an Independent Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team. She is also a facilitator with Cornell University specializing in Diversity & Inclusion.
Linda is a spiritual person who loves her family, enjoys cooking, loves renovating older homes and is passionate about helping and inspiring others to be their true and authentic selves.
