Tyra Oldham is the founder of LANDSDS, a sustainable development company, and HUMASYST, leading the way in solving human problems. She holds PhD, MBA and Bachelor of Science degrees, as well as certificates in Women’s Studies, International Business in Russia, and Racial Reconciliation from Harvard. An international and national business consultant to top 500 corporations, high growth companies and government, she advises on technology interface and search, construction, manufacturing, talent sourcing and diversity. Dr. Oldham is a prolific author, having written over 3500 articles to date. A frequent speaker, she addresses technology companies, smart technologies, climate change, and organizational strategies. Dr. Oldham has been honored for her work with women, families and youth. Her honors include Governors and Mayors awards with appointments to CRA Board, Mental Health and Sustainability. She appeared as one of Business Courier’s “40 under 40 “and is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha. She was voted as a Precinct Executive and ward Chair for her city in 2020.
