Cara Tyrrell holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s degree in Education and Linguistics.
As a teacher she focused on early childhood intervention upon entering a traditional classroom, assessing her student’s strengths and weaknesses to design the just-right curriculum accommodations to reach grade-level success. In working with school-aged families Cara noted their frustration and overwhelm that their children seemed to be behind before they even started school.
This led to a shift in focus and a decade of research as a full-time nanny for kids from birth to three years old. Cara’s methodology goes far beyond caregiving. Her fascination with the way children’s brains process language, and, by extension, how it influences them to choose behaviors, inspired her current work in what she’s coined, “The Invisible Learning Years”.
Using well-collected data and scientifically controlled trials Cara has created a Parenting Personal Development Program that merges the fields of study she loves most: Early Childhood Development, Language Acquisition/Instruction and the balance of one’s true Nature vs. the Nurturing environment they are raised in.
